Talking Cherries are supporting AFC Bournemouth's new campaign, Hate Hurts Everyone.
Hate is one of the major causes of mental health problems, be it in the form of bullying, discrimination or abuse.
Please continue to be kind and treat others how you'd wish to be treated yourself.
If you've been affected by discrimination in any way within the AFC Bournemouth fan community and it's had a negative impact on your mental health, we are always here to talk if ever you need to.
The club also have good reporting mechanisms if anything happens during matches.
